Grades 5-8 Admissions

• Schedule a Personal Tour of St. Edmund’s Academy. Follow the link to schedule. (Available most weekdays)

• Complete an Application (online) with your $50 application fee

• Give the following forms to your child’s current school:
  • Permission and Request to Release Student Information Form – Complete and sign the Release of Records form and leave with the Business or Administrative Office at your child’s current school. If you have access to your child’s school records, they can be uploaded directly to your SEA Port* Account.
  • Two Teacher Recommendation Forms – These can be requested digitally through SEA Port. We ask that the recommendations come from a math and language arts teacher.

• Register your child for a School Visit where they will get to experience a day at SEA. (Application must be completed before scheduling a visit) Schedule their visit through SEA Port.

• Register for the ISEE. Applicants to Grades 5 - 8 are required to take an admissions assessment called the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Instructions for how to sign up for an in-person or online exam can be found here.

Financial Aid application deadline for new families is January 15, 2025. Admissions notifications will be distributed on Friday, February 28, 2025. Contracts will be due by Monday, March 17, 2025, with a $1000 non-refundable deposit ($500 for families receiving financial aid).
