Join SEA parents and faculty on January 17th, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm in the SEA library for an insightful conversation with Dina Emser, a leader in the field of parenting and education.
Together, we will explore strategies to address common toddler to teen challenges that help develop responsible, respectful and resourceful children. Dina will reinforce for parents techniques that “help children feel a sense of belonging, are mutually respectful and encouraging, teach important social and life skills, are effective long-term, and invite children to discover how capable they are” without an over-reliance on systems of reward and punishment. From bedtimes to screen times, navigating our way as parents can be challenging.
