St. Edmund’s Academy offers competitive interscholastic sports for Upper School students in basketball, soccer, field hockey and lacrosse. Students in Grades 2-8 may take part in the interscholastic cross-country running team. And there is plenty of physical activity for students in the Lower School.
Participation is encouraged and is a hallmark of the St. Edmund's Academy experience. Students on interscholastic athletic teams are expected to attend practice on a regular basis, contribute to the welfare of the team, exhibit good sportsmanship, maintain academic achievement and effort at a satisfactory level, and follow the SEA Core Values during practices and athletic events.

Winter: Basketball (boys teams & girls teams) Grades 6-8; Basketball Clinic (co-ed) Grades 3-5
Spring: Lacrosse (boys team & girls team) Grades 5-8; Tennis Clinic (co-ed) Grades 1-5
